ABC Members at the SWS Retreat 2024

The Sandals Wedding Specialist Retreat is for Platinum, Gold, and sometimes Silver-level agents and is a great way to unite as a team, talk a little shop, and maybe update or add a process or two to your business.

It’s also a great way to get on the resort(s) and gather great content for social media and your website! This is the agenda of what we did:

Arrival Day: Fantastic Dinner with all attendees

Day 2: Bespoke Tour with Island Routes - Loaded up on a speedboat that took us snorkeling in the open waters then onto Dunn’s River Falls to climb, after that we took the speedboat to a private island cove and had a wonderful and beautiful lunch and returned to the resort in the speedboat. The afternoon we spent in the pools or in the spa and then we had a round table meeting with some of Sandals’ leadership team and it was a wonderful learning experience for everyone. Dinner was your choice of resort restaurant with 3 attendees and a leader from the Sandals Leadership Team!!

Day 3: We toured Sandals Dunn’s River Falls and were able to see some great new room options! Then onto Sandals Ochi and learned of all the updates to the resort, lastly we had high tea at Sandals Royal Plantation. Once we returned back to Sandals Dunn’s River we got in the pool and talked some more about our businesses and where we wanted to go with them. Then it was onto the final beautifully set dinner!!

Departure Day: Time to head home, some left super early and some got to have breakfast at the resort one last time….

Each night there were wonderful little gifts left in our rooms, from branded beach towels and leather note books to chocolates and other little goodies!!
